Let's Get Cookin'...
We have put together some of our favorite recipes, many are "tried and true" and already used in our nutritional programs. Others are such delicious gems, that we just had to share them! You will notice that we do not include calories or nutritional values in our recipes. There is a reason for that. we do not want you focusing on counting calories. Instead, it is of greater value for you to learn to eat proper portions and train yourself in mindful eating. Stop eating once you are satisfied (NOT FULL.) Many of us are no longer in touch with our bodies and need to relearn when we are satisfied. For the time being, work at becoming a mindful eater instead of a calorie counter. Once you have mastered mindful eating, then you can include counting calories if you wish.
