Having a home gym setup is not a bad thing these days. Now I know some people love their group setting/fitness classes and there's nothing wrong with that! I'm very lucky because I have a gym in my building in downtown Chicago. I can do my fitness routines there in my gym ,but sometimes I prefer to do them at home in my apartment. If you're one of those people who do not like the gym setting them here's all you need to set up your own home gym. Below is a list of equipment I use at home and links to where I got them from.
The equipment shown above is literally all you need to set up a home gym. Now when it comes to the exercises you should research different ones you can do at home. Maybe you have a friend or you use a fitness app to do your workouts. If you don't have any of those is is a link to the app company that I have partnered with and also a complimentary home fitness routine. You are required to set up a profile and answer health related questions. I do this so that I can make sure you are not high risk ( heart , joint , back) and any other health issues that may put you in a high risk area.
